Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and ground-ready BTL Operations Executive to lead the end-to-end execution of our on-ground marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for vendor coordination, promoter management, logistics setup, and flawless on-site execution for mall activations, society drives, roadshows, and branding events. If you love field-work, quick problem-solving, and bringing creative brand ideas to life on the ground, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Execution: End-to-end management of BTL activities (Mall activations, Society events, Roadshows, Lookwalker campaigns,



Canopy setups).
- Vendor & Crew Handling: Hire and manage promoters, fabrication team, anchors, sound/light vendors, and permissions.
- Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate delivery of branding material, standees, flex/banners, and collateral to event locations on time.
- Quality & Proofing: Ensure proper mounting, neat setup, geo-tagged photo/video proofing, and live reporting to the account managers/clients.
- On-Site Problem Solving: Handle last-minute issues on ground (police/mall permissions, electricity backup, manpower absence).

Requirements:

- Prior hands-on experience in BTL activities, event management, or outdoor campaign execution.
- Positive local knowledge of venues, suppliers, and vendor networks in the city.
- High flexibility to travel locally and work late hours or weekends during event dates.
- Basic photo/video reporting and coordination skills on WhatsApp & Excel.

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (45 min Lunch break)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
