We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of web and digital marketing projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.

Gather and analyze client requirements, define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with developers, designers, digital marketers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct project planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Track project performance using Jira and prepare regular status reports for clients and internal leadership.

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines efficiently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through effective communication.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams during project handovers and requirement discussions.





Drive process improvements and implement best practices for project execution.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, issue tracking, workflow management, and reporting.

Excellent project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing web development or digital marketing projects.

Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Familiarity with project documentation, requirement gathering, and risk management.

Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.

Experience working with clients from the USA, UK, Canada, or Europe.
