Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping activities and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the premises as per required standards.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Inspect areas regularly and ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Manage cleaning materials, equipment, and inventory.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle client/employee complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain housekeeping records and daily reports.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a manufacturing plant, factory, or facility management.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage housekeeping staff and work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
