We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Accountant to lead the financial operations of our Samsung Dealership. This role requires a professional who is highly proficient in Tally and APX (Samsung’s Dealer Management System) to manage high-volume transactions and inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Maintain complete books of accounts, ensuring all entries for sales, purchases, and expenses are updated daily.
- APX & Tally Integration: Manage all billing and inventory tracking through APX software and ensure seamless data synchronization/reconciliation with Tally Prime.
- Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS payments, and ensuring the dealership is compliant with all local tax laws.
- Samsung Incentive Tracking: Manage and track Samsung company-claim incentives, credit notes, and scheme advantages to ensure no revenue loss.
- Inventory Reconciliation:



Conduct weekly audits to match physical stock with records in APX and Tally.
- Banking: Manage daily cash/card/EMI collections, bank deposits, and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for the Business Head.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Mastery: Mandatory expertise in Tally and APX. Strong proficiency in MS Excel for complex reporting.
- Experience: 3+ years in accounting, specifically within a mobile or electronics dealership environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert understanding of GST, E-way bills, and retail accounting procedures.
- Accuracy: High precision in handling high-value transactions and IMEI-linked billing.
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
