We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper storage of materials. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with BUSY Software and a strong understanding of warehouse and stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials and medical devices.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory in BUSY Software .
- Record inward and outward material movements accurately.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issue materials, and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts,



and Operations teams for stock-related activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Generate inventory reports and stock statements as required..

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with BUSY Software.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Good understanding of stock maintenance, inward/outward processes, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
