Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive Intern to
support our growth initiatives in IT Staffing and Independent Quality Engineering Services. The
ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and exposure to
Digital Marketing. This role provides practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client
engagement, and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking platforms,

and referrals.

- Identify opportunities for IT Staffing and Quality Engineering services.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with prospective clients.

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and capability documents.

- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.

- Support social media campaigns, content marketing, and digital branding initiatives.

- Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve lead generation.

Mandatory Requirement
Exposure to Digital Marketing is a prerequisite for this role. Candidates should have academic,
internship, freelance,



or project-based exposure to digital marketing activities.
Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Understanding of lead generation and business development concepts.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
