We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate recent leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
- Present and explain products/services clearly to potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior sales experience is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
