Experience: 1+ Year (International Travel / Airline / OTA)

Role Overview

Handle end-to-end international flight bookings with accuracy and speed. Ideal for candidates with strong understanding of global travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
- Handle customer queries via calls, email, and chat
- Work on multi-sector and complex itineraries
- Guide customers on fares, baggage, visa transit, and airline policies
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators
- Maintain CRM records and meet SLAs

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year experience in International Travel / Airline / OTA




- Robust knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, and reissues
- Positive communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
- Comfortable with rotational & night shifts

Preferred Profile

- Experience with US, UK, or Canada markets
- Knowledge of consolidator and net fares
- Solid problem-solving approach
