Key Responsibilities

Setter Role & Setter cum operator

- Install and align tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the VMC machine
- Load CNC programs and make necessary offsets (tool & work offsets)
- Set cutting parameters (speed, feed, depth of cut)
- Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection
- Monitor machining process and make adjustments if needed
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge)
- Perform in-process inspection to maintain accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify tool wear and replace tools when required
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Qualification





- Diploma/ ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience:- Freshers / Experienced ( 0 – 5 years )

Salary: Based on skills and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local candidates from Coimbatore preferred.
- Age up to 35 years.
- Ability to work independently and handle warehouse operations efficiently.
