Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Part-Time Tele Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential customers in the USA, introducing our products/services, generating interest, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with US customers, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the USA market.
- Introduce company products/services and create customer interest.
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.




- Comfortable making cold calls to US customers.
- Prior experience in tele sales, inside sales, BPO, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and build rapport.
- Self-motivated with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and confidence while speaking over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with USA outbound calling campaigns.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales development.
- Familiarity with US customer expectations and sales processes.
