Job Title: International Roaming Alliance & Partnerships Head

Purpose of the Job

- Responsible to Manage the P&L; for the Roaming business which is contributing to NR of >50%

- Make Airtel leader in the Roaming business in India by driving cost & revenue in a direction to enhance pack coverage and total roaming revenue in collaboration with Marketing, Customer experience, network, IT and RA

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

- Negotiation with the Operators for the outroaming cost and Inroaming revenue, close contracts, settlements and maintain relationship with them.

- Support the Marketing team with country coverage and cost for current packs to be launched

- Manage traffic steering according to the negotiated rates to optimize cost and review achievements for the commitments.

- Track the traffic, performance of the alliances regularly (revenue and cost)

- Tap Implementation, Rating Validation, RAP monitoring and work closely with RA/Mediation/IT/Clearing House team for ensuring no revenue loss and complete billing.

Support Finance with accurate revenue /cost booking, timely settlement and collection, forecast, bad debt and reconciliations.

Major Challenges :

- Single handedly manage >520 partners, large amount of follow up

- Track traffic and revenue/cost movement

Educational Level

Must have: Bachelor degree

Preferred: Commercial /technical and Analytical aptitude

Working Experience

Must have: experience in telecom

Preferred: worked in function which gives understanding on billing and revenue recognition
