Lead Generation Executive (B2B Sales)

Location: Pisoli Pune Experience: 1–2 years (B2B outreach/sales / marketing preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of B2B leads for corporate gifting solutions. The role involves identifying potential corporate clients, initiating outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential corporate clients (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing heads)
- Build targeted lead databases using LinkedIn, Google, directories, and tools
- Execute daily outbound outreach via:
- LinkedIn messaging and connection requests
- Cold emails
- WhatsApp follow-ups (where applicable)
- Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirement fit
- Schedule meetings for the sales/business development team
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead tracking and updates
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads through the funnel
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaign-based lead generation





Required Skills

- Strong communication and written English
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead funnels
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email tools
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers
- Comfortable with targets and daily outreach KPIs
- Good follow-up discipline (very important)

Good to Have

- Experience in B2B sales / SaaS/agency / corporate gifting
- Knowledge of tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Prior experience in cold emailing or outbound sales

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- 50–300 new leads researched per week
- 30–60 outreach messages/day
- 10–15 qualified meetings booked per week
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate tracking
- CRM hygiene and follow-up consistency

Pay: ₹9,874.52 - ₹20,000.00 per month
