Job Description: Private Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly skilled Private Chef to manage the daily culinary requirements of a high-profile individual/family. The role demands expertise in customised meal planning, health-focused cuisine, and the ability to adapt to dynamic schedules while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and present daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) as per dietary preferences and nutritional requirements
- Design customised menus aligned with health and wellness goals such as fitness, medical needs, or lifestyle preferences
- Prepare meals for private gatherings, guests, and small events when required
- Source high-quality, fresh, and organic ingredients; manage pantry stock and kitchen inventory
- Handle vendor coordination and payment management as required
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
- Coordinate with nutritionists, fitness trainers,



or medical professionals if required
- Adapt menus for special occasions, festivals, and cultural preferences
- Ensure complete confidentiality regarding the principal’s personal and professional matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or Executive Chef in high-profile or luxury environments
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international cuisines
- Expertise in healthy cooking styles including low-oil, low-sodium, vegan, gluten-free, and specialised diets
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Culinary degree or professional certification preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with celebrities, HNIs, or high-profile individuals
- Exposure to wellness-focused, therapeutic, or nutrition-based cooking
- Prior experience in five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, or private residences
