Roles & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs based on approved drawings and BOQ.
- Monitor project costs, budgeting, and ensure effective cost control throughout execution.
- Evaluate contractor bills, variations, and ensure accuracy in measurements and payments.
- Coordinate with site and planning teams for cost estimation and project progress tracking.
