Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial goals, business objectives, and challenges through regular communication and in-depth needs analysis.
- Proactively identify and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions that align with client needs and contribute to their success.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction,



address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and relationship health to senior management.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs related to client retention, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Educate clients on new product features, service enhancements, and market insights.
