Job Description:

- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out parts, and components as per approved specifications.
- Carry out in-process quality inspections during manufacturing and assembly activities.
- Conduct a final inspection and functional testing of finished medical devices before dispatch.
- Verify product quality, workmanship, dimensions, fittings, and assembly as per approved drawings and BOM.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality checklists.
- Ensure proper completion, review, and control of production and quality documents.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 Quality Management System.




- Identify and report non-conforming materials / products and maintain rejection, segregation, and rework records.
- Support CAPA, NCR, and deviation handling for quality-related issues.
- Verify and maintain traceability, labeling, and identification records of products and components.
- Coordinate with vendors / suppliers for quality documents such as CoC, TC, and technical specifications.
- Assist in maintaining calibration records and controlling basic inspection / testing equipment.
- Support internal audits, documentation preparation, and compliance activities.
- Work closely with the Production, Purchase, and Service teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Handle ERP Software.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
