Conduct outbound calls to company-provided leads and/orindependently generate leads through field visits, networking, andother approved channels.Approach and engage with prospective buyer organizations acrossvarious industries and business sectors.Present and explain the company's procurement platform, including itskey features, perks, and value proposition to prospective buyers.Educate potential buyers about the FREE Buyer Registration processand successfully complete their registration on the platform.Understand prospective buyer requirements and appropriatelycommunicate the relevant products and services offered by thecompany.Identify and approach eligible organizations for self-generated buyerregistrations in accordance with the company's prescribed eligibilitycriteria.Maintain regular coordination with the assigned Team Lead / ReportingManager and concerned departments,



including sharing daily activityupdates and registration progress.Accurately record all interactions, buyer registrations, and activityupdates in the designated CRM sheet/system.Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective buyers to encourageregistration completion and maintain engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to improve buyer acquisition andregistration strategies.Adhere to company communication guidelines, maintainprofessionalism, and avoid any misrepresentation.Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.Communicate only officially approved information and materialsprovided by the company.Communicate with prospective buyers strictly in accordance with thecompany's approved training modules, scripts, and communication
