- Handle customer enquiries received through Justdial, Amazon, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer printing requirements and coordinate with the production team.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily business targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
