About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in field sales and a good understanding of the solar industry. The role involves generating leads, meeting customers, conducting site visits, promoting solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their solar requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility assessments.
- Present and explain solar products, systems, benefits, and ROI to customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or reports.
- Stay updated on solar industry trends, government subsidies, and market developments.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in Field Sales (Solar industry experience preferred).
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems, installation processes, and solar products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward manner.
- Comfortable with both office-based and field-based work.
- Proficiency in:
- English
- Gujarati
- Hindi
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).

Preferred Experience

- 1–5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, Energy, Construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
