Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and should be capable of handling accounts independently up to finalization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime/ERP.

Record Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, and Contra entries.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Prepare and reconcile Debtors and Creditors ledgers.

Maintain General Ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors during Internal and Statutory Audits.

Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.

Complete Accounts Finalization on monthly and yearly basis.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.





Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.

Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP (Mandatory).

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Basic Formulas).

Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.

Experience in Accounts Finalization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team management skills.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

5–8 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.

Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, or Logistics industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
