Job Overview:

We are hiring a dynamic Counsellor to guide students (8th Std to Post Grad) in starting their own online businesses through our startup learning cum execution platform.

In this role, you will interact with interested students, understand their goals, conduct engaging demo sessions, and help them choose the right startup opportunity. You will play a key role in transforming students into young student entrepreneurs by helping them take the right decision at the right time.

This is a high-impact role where you will not just sell, but educate, guide, and build confidence in students and their parents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Call student leads and introduce the startup platform

- Understand student needs, goals, and interest in business

- Qualify leads based on seriousness, time commitment, and fit

- Conduct online demo sessions (Zoom / Google Meet)

- Handle objections related to price, trust, time, and parents





- Follow up with students and parents for decision making

- Share proposal, explain agreement, and guide for payment

- Convert leads into paid enrollments

- Update CRM after every call and track lead status

Work From Home Requirements (MANDATORY):

Personal Laptop / Computer (Compulsory)

Secure Internet Connection (Compulsory)

Smartphone (for calling & WhatsApp)

Comfortable using Zoom / Google Meet

Basic knowledge of CRM / Excel / WhatsApp Web

Experience:

2–5 years experience in Counselling / Sales / Telecalling

Experience in EdTech / Education / Counselling preferred

- Follow-up discipline

- Basic mobile / computer knowledge

Ideal Candidate

Good at communication and convincing (Hindi + English)

Comfortable taking demo sessions daily

Able to handle objections confidently

Target-oriented and proactive

Basic Qualification:

Education: 12th / Graduate

Experience: 1 year – 3 years (telecalling preferred)

Strong in: Communication + Timely Follow-up

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
