Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting

- Oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function of the organization.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate MIS reporting and variance analysis for management decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.

Controllership & Compliance

- Act as the Finance Controller ensuring robust financial governance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Design and implement internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.




- Ensure strong process compliance and financial discipline across departments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams for financial insights.
- Present financial performance and analysis to senior management.
- Support strategic initiatives including business expansion and investments.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
