Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in back-end technologies, database management, and front-end development while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop robust and efficient back-end services using PHP, Laravel, and the Lumen framework.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Next.js.
- Create, optimize, and maintain MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, efficient,



and reusable code while adhering to best practices.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and quality assurance teams.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and Agile development activities.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools, including Cursor IDE and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve development productivity, code quality, documentation, and debugging.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and the Lumen framework.
- Experience working with MySQL and MongoDB databases.
- Good working knowledge of Next.js for front-end development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI-assisted software development, including the effective use of Cursor IDE and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
