Team Coach – Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Coach – Sales to drive team performance, productivity, and sales effectiveness by coaching and mentoring a team of 12–20 Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales or BPO operations with proven experience in performance coaching, quality improvement, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and mentor sales representatives to achieve sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
- Conduct live call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, and one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Develop coaching plans for underperforming and high-potential team members.
- Improve objection handling, product knowledge, pitch delivery, and closing skills.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and quality standards.
- Partner with Training, QA, and Operations teams to improve team capability.
- Maintain coaching trackers, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Support process improvements, product updates,



and new business initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an advantage).
- 3–6 years of experience in BPO, Sales Operations, or Telesales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Team Coach, SME, or Assistant Manager.
- Proven track record of improving team performance through coaching.
- Experience in US or International Sales processes is preferred.
