Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Location: Panchgani, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project site in Panchgani. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site work, ensuring quality standards are met, managing labour, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and monitor construction progress
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and material usage
- Maintain site records, reports, and measurement sheets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget
- Monitor quality control and safety compliance

Requirements:





- Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 0-8 years of site supervision or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to manage manpower efficiently
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to stay on-site (food & accommodation provided)

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and team coordination skills
