Job Summary
Diva India Limited is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with strong programming expertise in Golang and C#. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the maturity to work effectively with Japanese clients. Candidates should be self-driven, honest, and capable of independently resolving technical issues while collaborating with senior team members when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Golang and C#.
- Troubleshoot production and application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Japanese clients to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Participate in debugging, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
- Work independently while coordinating with senior team members whenever necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Golang and C#.
- Positive understanding of software development concepts and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze and fix technical issues independently.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the maturity to work with Japanese clients.
