Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to handle the design, coordination, execution, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for building projects. The candidate should ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all MEP works.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

- Review and coordinate MEP drawings and layouts
- Ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors

Execution & Supervision

- Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and plumbing systems
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards
- Monitor site progress and quality of work

Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely

Coordination

- Work with vendors,



consultants, and contractors
- Resolve site issues related to MEP services

Documentation

- Preparing and checking BOQs, estimates, and reports
- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and approvals

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience in MEP works in buildings (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, electrical & plumbing and PHE systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MEP drawings
