With over 100 rejuvenated ponds, 700+ rainwater harvesting structures, and 827 million litres of annual groundwater recharge, we are committed to making India water secure.

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Civil & Structural Design Engineer to support the design, execution, and monitoring of sustainable water conservation and civil infrastructure projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Technical Support

- Assist in preparing structural designs and drawings for RCC structures, foundations, and water-retaining structures.
- Support drafting and interpretation of engineering drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Contribute to DPR preparation through data compilation and technical inputs.

Quantity Estimation & Costing

- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ preparation.
- Support project cost estimation and validation.
- Verify executed quantities and assist in contractor bill checking.

Site Supervision & Execution

- Monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Support site engineers in project execution and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and procedures.

Field Surveys & Assessments

- Conduct site visits and collect field data for project feasibility studies.
- Assist in technical assessments and preparation of site reports.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare technical reports,



progress reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain records of project activities and site observations.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with senior engineers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between design and execution teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction, structural design, or infrastructure projects.
- Basic understanding of RCC structures, foundations, and water-retaining systems.
- Familiarity with IS Codes such as IS 456 and IS 1893.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering drawing interpretation.
