- Graduate degree (any stream)
- Minimum 3 years experience in hostel management
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise hostel operations and ensure discipline among residents
- Manage accommodation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle student grievances and maintain a positive environment
- Coordinate with administration for hostel facilities and compliance
- Maintain records of residents and daily operations
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of hostel rules and safety protocols

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
