Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong understanding of HR processes. This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Skills:

- Gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Absence, Goals, and Performance.
- Design and develop solutions based on gathered requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Implement various types of custom reports such as Integration, Interface, Letter, OTBI, and Interactive.
- Create templates using RTF, Interactive, Excel, and E-text.
- Work on bursting, seeded reports, OTBI analysis, agent scheduling, and OTBI dashboards.
- Develop standardized dashboards and reports for Payroll, ORC, and Performance.
- Utilize basic knowledge of HCM extracts and functional aspects.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM solutions.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Payroll, ORC, Absence, Goals, and Performance.
- Strong experience with custom report creation and template development (RTF, Interactive, Excel, E-text).
- Expertise in bursting, seeded reports, OTBI analysis, agent scheduling, and OTBI dashboards.
- Familiarity with HCM extracts and functional aspects.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and other database management tools.
- Experience with web services, SOAP, REST APIs, and integration tools.
- Understanding of data migration and data conversion processes.
- Ability to work with BI Publisher and other reporting tools.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
