We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented skilled to lead business development and operations for our Marriage Lawn (Greek Garden @ Kalpana Eco World). The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing bookings, managing client relationships, overseeing event operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive venue sales and revenue growth
- Generate leads through partnerships and networking
- Manage client inquiries, negotiations, and bookings
- Oversee event execution and daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, banquet, or venue management
- Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
