Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and architecture reviews.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade OmniStudio solutions.
- Develop and optimize Apex components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

- 14+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in Apex Development, including:
- Triggers
- Asynchronous Apex
- Batch Apex
- Queueable Apex

- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).




- Hands-on experience with Integration Procedures and REST API integrations.
- Solid understanding of:

- Salesforce Data Model
- Security Model
- Sharing & Visibility
- Performance Optimization

- Experience designing and implementing Enterprise-Scale OmniStudio Solutions.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party and enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using:

- SFDX
- Git
- Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
