Core Responsibilities1. Planning & Scheduling

- Create production plans and timelines
- Allocate resources (workers, materials, equipment)
- Set daily/weekly production targets

2. Process Management

- Oversee the entire production process
- Ensure workflows are productive and standardized
- Monitor production output and performance

3. Team Supervision

- Manage production staff and supervisors
- Assign tasks and responsibilities
- Train and motivate employees
- Handle conflicts and performance issues

4. Quality Control

- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Work with quality assurance teams
- Identify and fix defects or inefficiencies

5. Cost & Budget Management

- Control production costs
- Minimize waste and improve efficiency
- Monitor expenses vs budget

6. Health & Safety Compliance

- Enforce safety regulations
- Conduct safety checks and training
- Ensure compliance with legal standards

7. Coordination with Other Departments

- Work with procurement (raw materials)
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain
- Collaborate with maintenance, HR, and management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,121.42 per month
