Position: Assistant Professor (MBA/ ME/ M.TECH)

Location: G H Raisoni Education, Pune

Eligibility

- M.E./M.Tech./MCA/MBA/M.Com./M.Sc. or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. preferred (mandatory as per regulatory requirements where applicable).
- Qualification as per AICTE/UGC/University norms.
- Robust academic record with First Class in Bachelor's and Master's degrees (preferred).

Experience

- Freshers with excellent academic records are welcome to apply.
- 0–5 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in curriculum development, academic administration, or student mentoring is an added advantage.
- Prior publications, patents, funded projects, or conference presentations will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant discipline.
- Effective teaching and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide students.
- Research aptitude and publication orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms.
- Ability to integrate industry trends into classroom teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and laboratory classes.
- Prepare lesson plans,



teaching materials, and assessment methods.
- Conduct examinations, evaluate answer scripts, and maintain academic records.
- Mentor students for academic, research, and career development.
- Guide undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals/conferences.
- Apply for research grants, patents, and consultancy projects.
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities (NAAC/NBA).
- Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and industry interaction programs.
- Maintain discipline and contribute to the overall academic growth of the institution.
