Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases expertise in video editing, visual storytelling, and post-production. The candidate should have experience creating engaging video content across multiple digital platforms and be proficient in editing videos for social media, websites, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to produce engaging video content that aligns with the brand's vision, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, YouTube, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Create compelling motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated titles, lower thirds, logo animations,



and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Transform raw footage into polished videos by incorporating transitions, color correction and grading, sound design, audio mixing, subtitles, visual effects (VFX), motion tracking, masking, and compositing techniques.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) while staying updated with the latest video editing trends, motion design techniques, AI-powered editing tools, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in professional video editing and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of video editing principles, pacing, storytelling, composition, color grading, and audio synchronization.
- Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, visual effects (VFX), color correction, sound design, audio mixing, masking, tracking, and subtitle creation.




- Familiarity with social media video formats and platform-specific content requirements for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate creative concepts into engaging video content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and post-production projects.
