About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist to grow our organic search presence. You will develop and execute strategies to improve rankings, drive qualified traffic, and collaborate across content, product, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and understand search intent across target markets.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture.
- Guide content teams with briefs, topic clusters, and optimization recommendations.
- Plan and execute white-hat link-building and outreach campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI using GSC, GA4, and SEO platforms.
- Monitor competitor strategies and identify gaps and recent opportunities.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.




- Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong command of Google Search Console and GA4.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads campaign creation, optimization, and budget management.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

Nice to Have

- Google Analytics or SEO certifications.
- Experience with programmatic or large-scale SEO.
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript for automation.
- Local or international SEO experience.
- Background in content marketing or copywriting.
- E-commerce or SaaS SEO exposure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
