Key Responsibilities:

- Plant Operations:

- Monitor daily plant performance, energy generation, and system efficiency (PR, CUF, etc.).
- Analyse SCADA data and initiate corrective actions for performance improvement.
- Maintenance:

- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance for solar PV modules, inverters, and transformers.
- Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs.
- Inventory & Spares Management:
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage inventory for seamless operations.
- HSE Compliance:

- Enforce safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training for the team.
- Team & Vendor Management:

- Supervise O&M; teams, ensuring skill development and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for technical support and contract compliance.
- Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare performance reports and maintain records of all maintenance activities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Cost & Compliance:
- Assist with O&M; budget management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
