Sales Manager – Hospitality (Hotel Sales)

About the Role

Rose & Willow is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our business in the hospitality industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium fragrance diffuser machines and scenting solutions to hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and other hospitality businesses.

Key Responsibilities-

· Generate new business opportunities in the hotel and hospitality sector.

· Meet Hotel General Managers, Purchase Managers, Housekeeping Heads, and Facility Managers.

· Promote and sell Rose & Willow fragrance diffuser machines and scenting solutions.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Follow up on leads and convert them into business.

· Coordinate with the installation and service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.

· Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients.

Requirements-





· Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality Sales, Hotel Sales, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.

· Experience selling products or services to hotels is preferred.

· Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Valid driving license is preferred.

Education-

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Candidates with relevant hospitality sales experience are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience-

Experience in selling fragrance diffuser machines, hotel amenities, room fragrances, luxury products, HVAC scenting solutions, wellness products, or other hospitality-related products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,341.70 - ₹35,039.88 per month
