Looking for a experianced South Indian Chef who is having the experience in Kerala Nadan items . He should have experience in restaurant industry only with South Indian items. Restaurant duty hours will be 11hrs including break.

Key responsibility are mentioned below;

1. Plan/organise/arrange daily South indian kitchen portions of bulk items, day to day kitchen and party order activities.

2. Area clearance and report to be given to Sous Chef / Operations Manager after duty finish.

3. Recent dishes to be introduced as and when required. Food cost/ recipes to be maintained/properly maintained. Wastage to be control decided by Restaurant Manager.

4. Daily kitchen closing stock/wastage to be monitor and record in his section.

5. Food quality, taste and appearance to be in standards and ensure all items are maintaining the requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
