Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Hardware & Networking Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, networking devices, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware support and network administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Ensure regular system backups and antivirus updates.
- Follow IT security and company policies.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.




- 3–5 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking.
- Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows OS installation and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from the Dhulagarh location.
