About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Colonelz Constructions Pvt Ltd. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks
- Assist in preparing reports, attendance, and HR documentation
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR
