Raksham Healthcare Services is Hiring – General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Job Description

Raksham is looking for General Duty Assistants (GDAs) to provide quality healthcare support services to patients at home and healthcare facilities. The role involves assisting patients with daily care activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and maintaining a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic patient care and assistance.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as helping patient to walk or move.
- Take care of personal hygiene, feeding, and basic support.
- Monitor and report patient conditions.
- Assist nurses/doctors during patient care activities.
- Maintain proper communication and coordination with Raksham’s team.

Qualification:

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred
- Certification in GDA / Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Assistant course will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of patient care and healthcare practices.

Experience:





- Freshers with relevant training may apply.
- Prior experience as a GDA, Patient Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, or Hospital Attendant will be preferred.

Other Requirements:

- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle elderly, recovering, or dependent patients.
- Willingness to work on flexible assignments based on patient requirements.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and patient safety practices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Work Area: Dehradun

Compensation/Salary:

- No fixed salary, Payment will be based on the services/task completed.
- Good performers may get a full-time company job in the future.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
