Qualification: B.Sc. (Life Science), B.Pharm, B.V.Sc., MBA (Marketing) or any Graduate with relevant Veterinary Sales experience

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our veterinary business by identifying recent opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and increasing sales of our veterinary pharmaceutical products across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the veterinary and animal healthcare market.

Promote the company's veterinary pharmaceutical products to distributors, dealers, veterinary doctors, livestock farms, dairy farms, poultry farms, and pet clinics.

Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners in assigned territories.

Conduct regular field visits to generate new business and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and competitor analysis.

Organize product presentations, CMEs, seminars, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.

Handle customer queries, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate records in CRM/MIS and submit daily activity reports.

Required Skills

Strong sales and business development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good knowledge of the Veterinary Pharmaceutical/Animal Health industry.

Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and distributors.

Target-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Veterinary Pharmaceuticals, Animal Nutrition, Feed Supplements, Poultry, Dairy, Livestock, or Pet Care products.

Existing network with veterinary doctors, distributors, dealers, and institutional customers will be an added advantage.
