About the Role

Vision One Solutions is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition Team. If you are passionate about recruitment, HR operations, and candidate engagement, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience and build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition and HR activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR or related field).
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in English; Hindi will be an added advantage.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
