Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. As an HR Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations while working in a professional and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.




- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters and appointment letters.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Assist with attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Participate in employee engagement activities.

Requirements

- MBA (HR), BBA, HR course/certification, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
