Job Title: Sales Business Development

About Us

We are a financial services company offering Investment Advisory, Accounting & Taxation Services, and Loan Solutions to individuals, professionals, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote and sell Investment, Accounting & Taxation, and Loan products/services.
- Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and industry developments.
- Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.





Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Financial Services Sales, Loan Sales, Investment Products, Insurance, Banking, Accounting, or Taxation Services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Basic understanding of financial products, taxation, accounting, and lending processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience in selling Loans, Investment Products, Accounting Services, or Taxation Solutions.
- Existing network of clients, CAs, business owners, or financial professionals will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
