We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accountant to join our UK Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in accounting and wanting hands-on experience with international clients, cloud software, and modern accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software
- Recording sales, purchases, bank transactions
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with VAT return preparation
- Handling accounts payable & receivable tasks
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting senior accountants with monthly reports
- Working as per client SOPs and deadlines

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / Accounting background
- 1–2 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- 3 years experience in UK accounting or any other foreign accounting




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Excel (filters, formulas, basic reports)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory)

- Knowledge of UK accounting
- Experience in Xero / QuickBooks
- Understanding of VAT
