Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Associate to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching companies, identifying decision-makers, gathering relevant business information, and building qualified prospect lists for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms and databases
- Gather company, contact, and market information from various sources
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases
- Verify and update prospect information regularly
- Pre-qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Support the sales team with targeted lead lists and market insights
- Maintain records using spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent internet research and information-gathering skills




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Data Research, or Business Development
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research platforms
- Understanding of B2B businesses and startup ecosystems
