Job Description (JD):

We are looking for a Team Lead – Embedded Systems (UAV) to lead embedded hardware and firmware development for UAV platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in embedded systems, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring timely delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead embedded systems development team (hardware and firmware) for UAVs.
- Support flight testing, tuning, and validation.
- Perform debugging, failure analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with mechanical, aerodynamics, and software teams.
- Assist in system architecture and component selection.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers.

Desired Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.




- 3–5 years of experience in embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
- Experience with ARM Cortex and STM32 microcontrollers.
- Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN communication protocols.
- Familiarity with debugging tools such as JTAG, oscilloscope, and logic analyzer.
- Experience with Mission Planner or QGroundControl (preferred).
- Knowledge of basic UAV systems, PID tuning, and MAVLink protocol.
- Strong Git version control and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing small engineering teams (2–8 members).
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualification : Degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
