Hiring: HR Manager – Hospital Operations

Location: Kotputli, Rajasthan

Shri Shyam Hospital is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the hospital/healthcare sector to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Handle hiring for various hospital positions such as doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Support hospital operations through effective workforce planning and coordination with department heads.
- Contribute to policy implementation, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements





- 2–3+ years of HR experience in the hospital or healthcare industry.
- Prior experience working with a NABH-accredited hospital is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of the Shops & Establishments Act and other applicable HR compliances.
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment and managing end-to-end HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms), and HR reporting.
- Comfortable using modern productivity tools, including AI tools such as ChatGPT for HR operations and process improvement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be willing to relocate to Kotputli, Rajasthan.
